August 21, 2017: All of North America will experience a total solar eclipse. Anyone in the path of totality will see the moon completely cover the sun, and the sun's atmosphere will be visible. The path of totality will stretch from Salem, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina. If you're outside of the path, you will see a partial solar eclipse where the moon covers a portion of the sun's disk.
In the Central Florida and Orlando area, we will see only a Partial Solar Eclipse.
