For articles or books the Full Sail University Library does not have in its collection, an Interlibrary Loan request can be submitted by using the link below. The Library team will then request the item from libraries that have the material. Include as much item information as possible in your email to ensure we locate the correct item. You will receive an email once the request is received and filled, and again when the item is available. ILL materials for on-campus staff will be held at the circulation desk for pick up. If you're an online instructor print materials will be mailed to you once received. All digital items (e.g., articles) will be sent by email. It could take anywhere from one day to two weeks to fill your ILL request. Keep this is mind when requesting an item.
The Library team encourages faculty and staff to suggest items for the library collection that support student learning and research. The Library staff will review your request for budgetary concerns and availability. A member of the Library team will communicate with you about any questions or concerns. Once approved it will be added to the purchase list. After it’s received and processed in the Library, you will be notified that it is available. You may email a request to staff@library.fullsail.com or stop by the library.
The Library will place items, such as books and audio materials, on reserve for use by your students. Course reserves are held for in-library use only. Your students may request the reserved items from the circulation desk. We do not ship course reserve titles to online students; however we will attempt to have multiple copies of items with high demand as well as providing e-books when available.
**Please note: If the Library needs to purchase the item for Course Reserves, it can take 4-6 weeks to order, receive, and process. If you need the item immediately, please contact the Library Director for assistance.

Due to the popularity of this resource, requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
**Please remember that these films should only be used in an academic setting, not for commercial or entertainment purposes.**
