There are several ways you can request to have your library account activated.
You can access your KOHA library account at fullsail.bywatersolutions.com.
If your library account is established already, you'll use your student number as the user name. If you're a member of the faculty or staff, your user name is your employee id badge number. The default password for everyone is changeme (all lower case, no spaces). We can reset the password if necessary.
If you do not have a library account, please complete the request form posted at https://fullsailone.formstack.com/forms/library_account_application. Your account will be set up by a member of the library team, typically within 24 hours, and you'll receive an email with information and instructions about logging in.
In order to check out materials from the Library, you need to have a library account.

Maximum Check Out
You can place an item on hold by searching the online library catalog and clicking the “Place hold” button on the upper right hand side of the page. If you haven't done so, you will be prompted to login to the Koha online catalog first. After you confirm the hold, the library team will receive your request and prepare it for delivery or pick up.
You can renew any eligible items by logging in to your online library profile. Items may be renewed a maximum of three times before they must be returned. In addition, if an item is on hold for another patron, it will be ineligible for renewal and must be returned before the due date to avoid overdue charges.
You may check the due dates of library items by logging into your KOHA library account. DVD/Blu-ray and game titles are checked out for a period of 7 days, while books are checked out for a period of 3 weeks.
Overdue Fines
Books: 25¢/day
DVDs/games: $1.00/day
For articles or books the Full Sail University Library does not have in its collection, an Interlibrary Loan request can be submitted by using the link below. The Library team will then request the item from libraries that have the material. Include as much item information as possible in your email to ensure we locate the correct item. You will receive an email once the request is received and filled, and again when the item is received and sent to you, either via mail (for physical items) or via email (for digital items). It can take anywhere from one day to two weeks to fill your ILL request. Keep this is mind when requesting an item. Full Sail students and staff members can check out one ILL book at a time and can check out unlimited ILL journal articles.
If you're experiencing difficulties accessing the library resources from an off-campus location, please use the following site: https://oclc.fullsail.edu. You will be prompted to login using your Full Sail credentials.
